This Guide is designed to assist managers of volunteers, in organizations of all sizes and levels of resources, to incorporate a
Cultural Competence perspective in their application of the Code. It reframes the Code as a tool to increase the accessibility
and inclusiveness of volunteer programs, which in turn, will lead to diverse and stronger organizations that are responsive to
