Pre-Hiring Process

Ask Yourself:

3. Establish a formal recruitment process

Hiring Process

Given everything you know about the position, you are trying to determine:

  • What do you need to know about the applicants?
  • What screening standards/tools provide the information you need?

4. Use an application form

5. Conduct Interviews

6. Follow-up with References
