Directors and Officer’s Policy Claims
The reporting requirements under claims-made policies such as D&O are
usually very strict. Contact your broker or agent as soon as you become
aware of a situation that could potentially lead to a claim.

If you have concerns about your insurance company, contact your broker or agent. They can request a copy
of your insurance company’s complaint handling process and walk you through the various steps.
