Corporate Volunteer Awards of Excellence 2007
The Wild Rose Foundation encourages you to nominate your choice for the Corporate Volunteer Awards of Excellence. These awards are designed to recognize and celebrate Alberta corporations for their outstanding commitment and contribution to the communities in which they operate.
Six awards are presented each year (two for each category of small, medium and large businesses) at the Friday Evening Gala of Vitalize, the annual provincial voluntary sector conference.
NOMINATIONS
The Corporate Volunteer Awards of Excellence is open to any local, national or international business that promotes and encourages a culture of giving and volunteering among employees and is committed to corporate philanthropy and other forms of community support and investment within the province of Alberta.
Nominations can be made by any Alberta based nonprofit/voluntary sector organization.
A complete Nomination Form must include the following:
- Letter of Nomination outlining in detail the reason why you believe the nominee deserves the award.
- Completed Nomination Form ensuring the General Information and Community Involvement and Contribution portions of the form are filled out.
- Photocopy of Company Community Investment Policy / Practices / Programs (if applicable).
- Photocopy of current Business License.
- Two letters of support.

Nomination Forms are due by April 13, 2007.
