Canada Survey of Giving, Volunteering & Participating
New statistics are available on giving and volunteering in Canada. Imagine Canada has released the new results of the Canada Survey of Giving, Volunteering and Participating. Conducted in 2004 by Statistics Canada, the CSGVP includes new information about how Canadians support one another and their communities.

Stats pulled from the CSGVP for Alberta!
Volunteer Alberta has compiled the Alberta-specific statistics from the CSGVP. These numbers are very useful for seeing how your organization compares to the provincial averages, to use in funding/grant applications and reports, and to use when speaking to the media.
